  To quickly create accurate schedules, the "Available List" feature allows selection from a filtered list of all active staff members showing only those who are available to work for the time described by a selected time bar.

Whenever the list is selected, clicking on a time bar checks all the staff members displaying only those staff not already scheduled for any part of the selected time bar and who have been marked as available
