Availability Filtering

To assist in the process of quickly creating schedules, dbi Staff Scheduler has an "Available List". This list allows you to select from a filtered list of all active staff members showing only those who are available to work for the time described by a selected time bar. Whenever the list is selected, clicking on a time bar checks all the staff members displaying only those staff that are not already scheduled for any part of the selected time bar and who have been marked as available (if availability is enabled in the System setup) for the time bar in question. This reduces the time it takes to create a schedule by eliminating those staff members whose selection would cause a schedule conflict.
