Schedule Availability 

Schedule Availability describes the times within a day of the week a staff member is available for work. Schedule Availability is used when scheduling an employee to check for scheduling conflicts, i.e. has the staff member noted they are available for work in the period of time you are trying to schedule them.

NOTE: Schedule Availability is optional.  For organizations that do not require this functionality, schedule availability can be turned off at a system level.
